Sales Marketing Analyst /Manager (职位地点：江苏无锡)
Report to: Deputy General Manager
Responsibility:
? Collect marketing information and industry statistics for Asia Pacific regions
? Track Asia Pacific sales & bookings generated from territory and key accounts against plan, on weekly and monthly basis
? Recommends changes to current sales techniques/tools, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends
? Analyze market data and identify business issue, use business model/case to assist in formulating strategic solutions
? Describe, assess advantages/disadvantages of strategic plans to senior management team
? Suggest business plan and time schedule, prepare related presentations
? Define matrices to track marketing plans & activities
? Other work assigned by Line Manager
Requirement:
? Bachelor Degree above, Major in Engineering, Physics, Photonics prefer ,MBA prefer
? 3 years industry experiences above, 1-2 years working experience in corporate strategy, market research or external consulting
? Strong analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills
? Outstanding analytic skills and strategic thinking capability
? Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint , Familiar with SAP prefer
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Ability to work well under pressure, handling several deadline projects simultaneously
? Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
? Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
